This site is currently serving as a portfolio and information source whilst i develop this venture. i am focusing upon establishing this site and developing my own artwork alongside other ventures.

 

However, I am considering commissions and focus on concepts that I feel really resonate with me, so do get in touch with your idea(s) - I'd be really excited to hear from you!!

The Process

​

1. After receiving your basic concept, I create a personalised commission document. The document confirms your concept and requests further specific  information to clarify your idea (eg size, colour vs monochrome, level of detail, elements etc). The document also includes details on the commission process and what you can expect from our work together.

 

2. After receiving your completed commission document, I then ask for a non-refundable 50% deposit constituting around 50% of the estimated final cost. I have introduced this deposit due to past experiences of completing commissions, then not hearing back or receiving any payment for my work, so thank you for your understanding! Upon receiving the 50% deposit, you will be sent a 'contract' confirming our work together.

3. I then begin working on research and preliminary sketches, involving you in the process and allowing you to make any suggestions/changes.

4. I then create a final sketch of your concept, allowing you to make any final changes before I create the final piece. If a complete re-draw/starting again is requested, I may ask for extra payment.

5. I will then create your final piece according to your final feedback. To buy your commission, you may then transfer the remaining 50% of the finalised price and receive your commission. If you would like your physical commission posted to you and you are based outside of the UK, I do charge for postage.

a note on tattoo designs: I often work in fine detail, so will bear in mind the nature of tattoos - they can't be as detailed as drawings! However, I will leave it to your tattoo artist to use their expertise in adapting the design to look best on your skin. Therefore, tattoo designs will be as detailed as you like and in my style (this also makes the original suitable for framing!).
