Information Collection
In general, no personal information of site visitors is collected, only generic, anonymous data, such as numbers of visitors and behaviour on the site. However, personal information is collected if sent directly to me via email, social media or this website, for example if you order a product, submit a request/enquiry and for shipping and contact information.
Communication with me will predominantly be via email, and also through my social media links if possible. Please be advised my emails will be monitored more regularly so it is worth contacting me this way. I will only contact you via details you provide me with, for example to discuss enquiries, to process orders, complete transactions or deal with any problems that may arise.

I will not share your data or use your information for any other purposes than the following:

*to deal with possible returns or unforeseen problems concerning orders
I will treat your personal data with respect, and I will not send emails for marketing purposes unless you have specifically requested such correspondence.
Storing your information
Your information is stored securely on password protected accounts and devices, and can only be accessed by myself. I will store relevant information (customer data and business transaction) in my bookkeeping and email archive for 7-10 years (required by legislation). Information is not shared with third parties, other than postal services if items are shipped.
Your rights
You have the right to enquire about personal information stored, to update your data and to delete your data from my register. Please contact me if you have any questions or requests regarding your personal data. I am obligated to remove personal data if it is no longer necessary for maintaining a service or business relationship. However your data may not be deleted if its storage is required by legislation, for example as a record of a financial transaction.
